We enjoyed its absolutely perfect location.
the breakfast was awesome and savoury, they make a huge variety of meals. booked comfort triple room with central heating, a work desk, and television. location: the hotel was close enough to a very nice residential area and close to local restaurants and grocery store.

Hotel Haus Am Zoo is a clean and great value hotel with a lovely pool. Its perfect location next to a tranquil zoo park offers a peaceful atmosphere, complete with a 1km trail around the lake and a gym for body weight workouts. the area is surrounded by local restaurants and a grocery store, making it very convenient. Guests can enjoy a wonderful and savory breakfast with a wide variety of options. it’s a really nice stay, just like always.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Haus am Zoo. The lady at the reception guided us through Duesseldorf over the phone because we had lost our way... The triple room we had booked turned out to be one of the suites in the farmhouse in the garden, so we had one room and one extra room for our daughter aged 11. She felt it was really luxurious and so did we. ANd so quiet!!!! It felt like a spa resort actually to be there.

We really enjoyed our stay, small hotel with lots of personal attention and service (great German breakfast buffett), nice city set-up with convenient parking garage in a quiet residential neighborhood and we will go back there for our next trip and also then rent one of their hotel Smart cars.

Very helpful staff - well maintained and clean room. 15 minutes walk to rail station & Staahl Zentrum. Good breakfast. Quiet location.
No real bar or restaurant. Honesty bar but little opportunity to interact with other guests. Limited evening food on offer - mostly pre-prepared & microwaved. Quiet location gives few options for food.

Located in a very quite and clean area. Not to far from downtown and airport. Only a short taxi drive to both locations. Room was a excellent size, with lots of room for storage of baggage and personal items. The buffet breakfast and dinner menu items were very good. We were able to relax and very much enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend.
